This is pretty much how we've spent the first month of Tyler's life, watching him sleep and holding him while he naps and sometimes multi-tasking.  Nicole really wanted a muffin but didn't want to mess up his nap so I let her eat in the new rocking chair because I didn't want to mess up his nap either :)

4th of July

We had a fun 4th of July last weekend.  It was Tyler's 2-week birthday.  Here he is sporting his patriotic side.

Scott's mom came and stayed with us for about a week.  It was wonderful having more help.  Here she is after she and the girls made cupcakes for the neighborhood 4th of July party.  She stayed with Tyler while the rest of us went down the street and enjoyed visiting with some of the neighbors and watching fireworks.  We also had quite the fireworks show right in our backyard also as there was someone on the street behind our house who was setting off some pretty big ones.  They were fun to watch.
